Viet Spa Membership.
1. Membership Overview
The Viet Spa Membership is a subscription-based service.
Members can choose one monthly option from the following:
1️⃣ Herbal Foot Soak + Healthy Hair Head Spa (45 minutes) + Eyebrow or Lip Wax
2️⃣ Herbal Foot Soak + Fresh Hair Treatment + 30-Minute Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
3️⃣ Herbal Foot Soak + Full Body Massage (1 Hour)
4️⃣ Prefer something else? Use a Credits toward any other treatment within the same month.
2. Payment Terms
New members can enjoy a $20 discount on their first month by signing up with the promo code VIETSPA20
Membership payments are automatically charged on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method provided during sign-up.
3. Appointment Policy
Members must book their monthly treatment in advance.
Unused treatments or credits cannot be rolled over to the following month.
4. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
To avoid charges for the next month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Cancellation requests can be made via email or phone.
5. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Members who cancel after the billing date will retain access to membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Membership Benefits
Members can select only one option from the monthly treatment list during each billing cycle.
The credit can be used for any other treatments within the same month but cannot be redeemed for cash or carried over.
7. Loyalty Program
Members earn loyalty points after every visit, which can be redeemed for rewards or specified services.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
8. Changes to Membership Terms
Viet Spa reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with a 30-day notice to members.
9. Membership Account
Members are responsible for keeping their account details and payment information up to date.
Viet Spa is not liable for failed transactions caused by incorrect or outdated information.
9. Membership Account
Members may transfer their monthly treatment to another person if they are unable to use it during the month.
Transfers are subject to the discretion of Viet Spa and must be pre-arranged by contacting us directly.
